Photomation does not offer credit accounts, all orders are shipped on a cash-with-order basis. The order will be processed under our standard terms and conditions of sale. Written orders should be placed using your purchase order form or a Photomation order form payment should accompany the order and should be sent to the address above, all cheques should be payable to Photomation, please note that this method will incur a 3 day delay while awaiting payment authorisation. Photomation business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours after authorisation of payment has been received by Photomation, by the standard next-day delivery service using the most cost-effective carrier for you. All orders should reach the customer no later than seven working days after payment authorisation. Payments will only be processed when the order is in stock and ready for delivery. Photomation reserve the right to withhold the supply of goods at their discretion.
At Present, Photomation only supply & deliver to UK Mainland addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Photomation Return Policies
Photomation must pre-authorise all product returns. For return procedures and an authorisation number contact customer services on 01453 542652 or E-mail returns@photomation.   • Returned goods must be shipped carriage paid.
  • Merchandise returned more than 14 days from invoice date will not be accepted (with the exception of warranty claims).
  • Merchandise that has been written on, marked, re-labeled, stored in adverse conditions, or placed in other than original Photomation packaging will not be accepted. Photomation reserve the right to accept goods which do not meet the above criteria subject to a maximum handling/returns charge of 80%.
  • Returns and refused delivery are subject to a minimum 20% handling charge.
  • The Customer accepts unconditionally that the final decision as to acceptability of a returned product, or the amount of the original invoice which is to be refunded, is entirely at the discretion of Photomation
Damaged Goods
Any claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 24hrs of receipt of goods, following the procedure outlined here.
Product Warranty
Photomation warrants each branded product or Generic product to be free from functional defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be brought within the period of time indicated in clauses 1. and 2. hereof for each product, which period shall be measured from the date of the Photomation invoice. Warranty claims made after this period will not be honoured.
To make a claim, the alleged defective product should be returned carriage paid to Photomation Claims Department at the address above, within the relevant time period. Such product may undergo examination (including visual, electrical and/or functional testing, as appropriate) to determine claim validity. Within a reasonable time period from the receipt of the warranty claim, a report explaining test results and accepting or rejecting the warrant claim will be sent to the warrantee. Products determined by Photomation to be warranty defective will be replaced or the full purchase price will be credited or refunded at Photomation's option. The product warranties do not extend to any product subjected to hostile environments, misuse, mishandling, neglect, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, or repair or alteration by someone other than Photomation. This warranty is exclusive. Photomation expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether written, oral, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability, workmanship, or fitness for a particular purpose. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Photomation's negligence, Photomation shall have no liability to the purchaser or user by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term or duty at common law or under the express terms of the warranty for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods or their use or resale by the purchaser or user, except as expressly provided in this warranty.

Photomation Products
Photomation products are supplied under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds the performance of the original equipment manufacturer's products.
1.SIX MONTHS (6) for toner and developer.

Generic Products are manufactured to equal or exceed the quality and performance offered by non-original equipment manufacturers.
2. Ninety (90) days for all generic products.
